Dear Potential Scholarship Recipient:

Thank you for your interest in applying for this very special scholarship in memory of our stillborn son, Liam Dean Fagan. This scholarship fund is designed to help one deserving student each year with a tuition supplement to be forwarded to an accredited college anywhere in the US.

Early in pregnancy, we learned that Liam faced many physical challenges during his development in the womb, and would ultimately face after birth. Despite these significant challenges he battled courageously for 9 months, but sadly we lost him just one day before his due date on May 9th 2007. Liam’s courage and fight were an inspiration to our entire family and we felt blessed to have him in our lives for even this brief time.

Our dream is to have Liam’s precious spirit and our love for him, come to a deeper meaning… one of shared blessings, courage, and strength through life’s challenges.
